Trap and Skeet are great games, and we can approximate them if you like, but we think that constantly changing shot presentations on "five stand" type fields offers the most variety and excitement possible for the small groups we cater too.

This allows us to quickly match the difficulty of the set up to the skills of the shooter, allowing as much success or challenge as the situation calls for. Young shooters can be presented with a array of shots that offer success and enjoyment while building layers of skills that will soon have them shooting like a pro. Then in just a few minutes, the field can be adjusted to challenge the most experienced shooter, allowing him or her to see shots and shot combinations that range from the merely difficult to nearly impossible!

The Laporte 85 Pro is a light easily portable machine that throws midi, mini, battue, and regular clay targets. This thrower can wobble vertically, horizontally, both, or neither. It is also capable of putting six birds in the air before the first bird thrown is on the ground. Imagine you and a friend or two attempting to achieve 100% breakage of a flurry thrown by one or two of these machines. From an easy incoming bird settling slowly, to a scorching crosser coming from cover at varying angles, this machine is the most versatile (and enjoyable) you can find.

Laporte's 185 Single Arm Rabbit is selectable by the trapper for single rabbit or chandelle or a true pair rabbit/chandelle or chandelle/teal. When you add this to the 85 Pro throwers and combine a programmable wireless remote trappers station you will see how flexible and fun the clays can be. Try a game of  "Dirty Bird", in which the trapper can throw birds in any combination of singles, report pairs, or true pairs. Think you can throw a combination that will leave your buddy flat-footed with shells left in the gun?  

Laporte's ATA wobble trap varies in horizontal, horizontal, both or neither. The motion is randomized so that the shooter can not "read"the trap and anticipate the direction and height of the next target. Set in the middle of a five stand line, this is the machine that can stand alone or be included in a more complex game. It is also a great teaching machine for beginning upland hunters.

The 185 vertical machine can throw both teal and chandelle. Paired with a crossing shot this s a great double that gives you some time to come back to the vertical shot. Paired with another rising shot or a long slow incoming bird gives a shot that really tests the shooters timing and rewards good gun handling.
